Refund and Return Policy

At Daddy Chef, your satisfaction and your child’s well-being are our top priorities. We take pride in preparing and delivering fresh, nutritious meals. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. Here’s our policy regarding refunds and returns.

✅ 1. Cancellation Before Delivery

• You may cancel an order or a meal plan up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
• Refunds will depend at the discretion of daddychef taking into consideration all the aspects.
• Cancellations after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for a refund.

🧾 2. Subscription Refunds (Weekly/Monthly Plans)

• If you’ve subscribed to a weekly or monthly plan, you may request a partial refund for the remaining, unused meals.
• Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the undelivered meals.
• An administrative charge (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.

🚫 3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

• If the meal has already been delivered.
• If the recipient was unavailable to receive the meal at the time of delivery.
• Minor issues related to taste preference or visual presentation, as our meals are freshly handmade and may vary slightly.

🥡 4. Damaged or Incorrect Meals

If you receive:

• A damaged package
• The wrong meal
• A missing item

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with:

• A clear photo of the issue
• Your order number and details

We’ll either:

• Arrange a replacement, or
• Provide a credit/refund based on the situation.
