At Daddy Chef, we understand the importance of timely and reliable delivery—especially when it comes to your child’s meals. That’s why we’ve designed a delivery system that is punctual, safe, and parent-approved. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy below:

We currently offer our meal delivery services in the following areas:

🕖 2. Delivery Timings

We operate early morning deliveries, specifically timed to ensure your child receives their meal before school or daycare starts.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the meal during these hours.

📝 3. Delivery Schedule

  • Delivery is available Monday to Saturday (Sunday closed).
  • Meal plans are delivered daily as per your subscription (weekly/monthly/individual).

If there’s a change in your child’s schedule or an unexpected holiday, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to pause/reschedule delivery.

📲 4. Tracking and Notifications

We provide:

  • SMS/WhatsApp updates once your meal is out for delivery.
  • Confirmation upon successful delivery.

Live tracking (if applicable) will be available soon via our mobile app/website.

5. Missed Deliveries

In the event of a missed delivery due to the customer being unavailable:

  • The delivery agent will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.
  • If unreachable, the meal will be marked as missed, and no refund or re-delivery will be provided for that day.

You may opt to reschedule the delivery (next-day) if informed at least 24 hours prior.

  • All meals are packed in food-safe, hygienic containers.
  • Packaging is designed to maintain freshness and temperature until it reaches your doorstep.
  • Meals are delivered by our trained delivery partners following all food safety guidelines.

🔄 7. Delivery Modifications

If you wish to:

  • Pause a delivery
  • Change address temporarily
  • Modify delivery time

Please notify our support team at least 24 hours in advance via phone or email.

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen events such as:

  • Road closures
  • Government restrictions
  • Severe weather conditions

In such cases, you will be notified, and alternative arrangements may be offered.
